Competences in programs and projects area

1. Prepare opinions about the projects carried out by units that are subject to the authorization of the Rector;

2. Monitor and disclose financing entities programs and national and international organizations;

3. Promote funding raise to expand the ID&I and S&T cooperation activities;

4. Ensure technical and financial support in preparing aplications for programs and project management of RD&I or S&T cooperation;

5. Provide technical support in the preparation, negotiation and contract execution for RD&I and S&T service provision;

6. Promote training for researchers and technicians preparing applications to funding programs;

7. Monitor the development and creation of special projects;
