The Luso-American Cultural Comission, usually refered to as the Fulbright Commission aims to narrow the cultural relations between Portugal and the United States of America, by promoting cultural exchanges;

The Fulbright Comission administers an Information Center about studies in the United States, located in Lisbon, but since the students from other locations have limited access to the Fulbright Information Center, a Regional Fulbright Information Center was created in the Planning, Projects and Cooperation Office, whose mission is to provide all the basic information about studying in the United States.
